Get Outdoors Day | Running For Our Future 5K :: June 9-10

Mark Your Calendars !!! The Running for Our Future 5K will be held Saturday, June 10.

Battery Innovation Center is a non-profit and all of the funds raised at the 5K will be going towards STEM scholarships given at the WestGate Science Fair in the Fall of 2017.

Please join the event facebook page as it is will add valuable information, registration tips, and more over the next two months. Be sure to share the page AND event with your friends.

Entry Fees are as follows:
Kids 12 and Under
– $15 for pre-registered runners
(Now through 5/26/17)

– $20 for registered runners
(5/27/17 through 6/09/17)

– $25 for SAME DAY race-day registration: 6/10/17

Adults
– $25 for pre-registered runners
(Now through 5/26/17)

– $30 for registered runners
(5/27/17 through 6/09/17)

– $35 for SAME DAY race-day registration: 6/10/17

Prizes:
Awards will follow the conclusion of the 5K Run.
           *All participants will also receive a medal

Plaques will be awarded to the top finisher in the following age groups:
– 17 and under
– 18-34
– 35-54
– 55 and over

Some Important Notes:
This is a family fun event; however, no strollers or wagons due to race routes.
Dogs may be at the event; however, may not participate in the run.
